For the past two years Elis Hodzic have been a rising force in European venture capital and startup support as an investor with Wave Ventures, Europe's largest Gen Z-led VC writing first checks to Gen Z founders in the Nordics and Baltics.

Based in Sweden, Elis has been an active part, growing the team across multiple countries and investing in early breakthrough early-stage startups in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Estonia.

Beyond investing, Elis plays a key role in community building as a founder of Founders House, the meeting-place for the Next Generation of Nordic AI Unicorns. He helps aggregate the best young talent and build a community offering entrepreneurs mentorship, capital, and global exposure, among others through Velocity Fellows.

After investing in over 30 founders over the past two years Elis chose his favorite one and is doubling down on building Scape (YC S24). Designing the new interface for emails and meetings in the Ai era and backed by founders and operators at OpenAI, Google, Meta, Uber, Ramp, Airbnb, King, Legora, Weights & Biases and Y Combinator.
