Kemal Sikiric is the Managing Partner and Founder of Invera Equity Partners, a growth-oriented private equity fund focused on the Adriatic region. With more than 25 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance across Southeast Europe, he has been at the forefront of driving investment and growth in the region.

Kemal began his career in 1999 as an analyst at a Vienna-based VC fund, quickly advancing to investment manager while consistently targeting opportunities in Southeast Europe. Before founding Invera Equity Partners, he served as a Partner at Ascendant (IMAP SEE), the leading M&A advisory firm in the region.

Under his leadership, Invera Equity Partners has made several high-profile investments, including Entrio, one of the fastest-growing ticketing platforms in the region, and the Museum of Illusions, a globally recognized edutainment brand with locations in over 20 countries.

He holds an Executive MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. Beyond his professional career, Kemal is a chess master, and enjoys life as a husband and proud father of three children.
