That's the mission Max Larsson is pursuing. He wants to take the European ecosystem beyond what anyone thinks is possible. He's building Founders House in Stockholm and writing early investment cheques to the most promising Gen Z founders in the Nordics and Baltics as a partner at Wave Ventures.

Having worked globally with startups as a founder, operator, and investor, Max saw what was missing in Europe - trillion-euro ambition. While talent, capital, and ideas exist, the ecosystem too often lacks the scale of vision seen in Silicon Valley or Shenzhen. Max is determined to change that by empowering a new generation of founders to think bigger, go global faster, and build not just unicorns—but category-defining companies that shape entire industries.

In just a few months of dedicating his life to this mission, Max has already led investments and ecosystem initiatives alongside investors and operators from a16z, Sequoia, Y Combinator, OpenAI, Nvidia, General Catalyst and more.
