Piotr Godzinski is the Director of Partnerships EMEA at Techstars Europe, where he leads efforts to empower startup community leaders and deploys programs that develop founders together. But building ecosystems isn’t new for him. Before Techstars, Piotr co-founded two startups (one of which was a YC-backed venture in the W22 batch), including Porowneo.pl, a Polish insurance aggregator that he led for over a decade and exited, and Lizza, a social e-commerce platform enabling anyone in LATAM to start a business without upfront investment.  

Across his roles, Piotr has become a bridge between founders, investors, accelerators, and local ecosystem enablers. He’s known for blending empathy with strategy: helping promising ventures scale, helping startup leaders build sustainable ecosystems, and making sure innovation access isn’t just theoretical but practical.

Whether it’s through the Founder Catalyst or Startup Community Partnerships, Piotr pushes to ensure that Techstars is more than a set of programs, but a partner with long-lasting ecosystem impact.
