Vesna Arabadzic is a finance and operations leader with over two decades of international experience spanning public accounting, finance, consulting, healthcare industry, and manufacturing. Originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vesna represented the country as a member of the National Basketball Team before moving to the United States on a basketball scholarship. There, she completed her undergraduate and master’s degrees and built a successful career, including roles at Big Four firms in both audit and consulting, and various leadership positions.
Over the past five years, she has focused her expertise on early-stage ventures and now plays a central role in a venture capital fund supporting digital health and biotech innovation. In addition to her professional work, Vesna is the founder of Naukatizam, a Bosnia-based association focused on connecting scientific research, clinical practice, and educational outreach in the field of autism. Deeply committed to driving impact in both business and social sectors, she currently resides in the Netherlands with her husband and two sons.
