Vuk is a Managing Director and Partner at BCG X, where he leads the BCG Green Growth Acceleration unit across Europe, the Middle East, and South America.

In 2020, Vuk co-founded BCG Green Ventures with the mission of applying a business-building approach to urgent climate tech projects.

Since then, he has led BCG X’s green growth agenda across a range of topics, including carbon removal, energy efficiency, circularity, and decarbonization. Additionally, Vuk has 20 years of hands-on startup experience in Berlin and London, achieving multiple successful exits.
